« Nice well kept property. An older home that is very clean and nicely decorated with a relaxing beach theme. Location is off the beaten path, nestled in a quite neighborhood, but beaches, stores, and restaurants were only a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Only disappointed was the mattresses. Intercoil springs seem worn down and had a foam topper placed on top to try to help. Thank you for a safe clean place to relax during our vacation. drivemin.drive »

« This home is listed as a beach cottage. However, it presents itself more like a small home. Since I was on a solo beach break, I only needed room for myself. Being a taller guy, a king size bed would have been nice, but that was offset by the awesome beach sounds and view. You simply cannot get any closer to the sand than this place. It's also only a short 3 miles south of the bridge coming onto the island. I will definitely keep this place on my list for repeats. :) »

« Perfect beach house. Cozy with plenty of room for the family. Great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk and good food. My family enjoyed the local attractions, Shopping and Britt’s Donuts, of course! We are already planning our trip for next summer! »

« We had a fun filled weekend getaway with family! The location of the house was excellent! The views were amazing and the dock in the back was spectacular. It was perfect for a laid back weekend enjoying what the coast has to offer. The house was the perfect size for our family. We had 4 adults and two kids, and the beds were probably some of the comfiest beds I've slept in at a vacation home in awhile. The only complaint that I had was the size of the kitchen. « The Artist Cottage is a great place to stay in Wilmington. Patti the owner is a kind, caring individual. I notified Patti that I was running late, due to two flight delays. She had the lights on in the cottage and the AC running. The cottage has everything a weary traveler needs. 5 stars! »
