We called the front desk and they sent someone (about 15 minutes later) to let us into the rooms. We were told to stop by the front desk the next day (it was late) to get the keys re-cut. When we did this the next day, we had to wait close to 20 minutes.The pool, arcade, mini-golf, kid activities (Easter weekend) were definitely enjoyed an are the highlight of this facility. ##### Lindsey R. The problem was that we were sold on participating in a timeshare talk that was supposed to be no longer than 90 minutes that ended up taking over 2.5 hours and the sales people didn't want to let us go, even though we said multiple times that we weren't interested. The room had a phone that wasn't connected to the front desk, even though it had a button that said concierge. We kept getting bags of new linens even though we didn't ask for them. ##### Library D.
