Internet didn’t work and neither did the link to check out of the room. Waterpark was filthy, didn’t appear to be cleaned in weeks. A major disappointment was the restaurant being closed, which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Additionally, the indoor pool was freezing. When I brought this up, the staff member insisted the heater was on, even though he had just arrived for his shift. While the water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the jets were completely non-functional, making it little more than a soaking tub. Walls between rooms are thin, we could hear people talking, plus slamming doors. Small bathroom, lack of lighting to get ready near bathroom. The only saving grace was that the bed was actually very comfortable, which we appreciated and we loved the view from our balcony." The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is that anytime we swam in the pool we all would be coughing a lot, and we would hear a lot of coughing when others were swimming. It was a little strange , but none the less, we still enjoyed our stay.
