Waterfront - Hot Tub - 10min to DT - Game Room

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property has a lot of potential, especially the beautiful lake views and relaxing atmosphere. However, we were disappointed by the number of things that were in disrepair when we arrived.There were several maintenance issues throughout the property, including a torn screen door, broken game room equipment, exposed wiring, a non-functioning door, and noticeable exterior erosion/sand buildup near one of the entrances. Most concerning was that one of the upper windows was covered by a tarp. While we understand that unexpected repairs happen, we really feel something like that should have been disclosed to us before arrival rather than discovered after check-in.Additionally, there was a construction crew at the property during two evenings of our stay building a new backyard playset. We were given notice, but it came only a few hours before they arrived rather than before our trip. The crew themselves were respectful and professional, but having active work taking place during our vacation definitely took away from the peaceful escape we were hoping for.Despite these issues, we still had a good overall time at the property. We just believe the condition of the home and the timing of ongoing work should have been communicated more transparently ahead of the stay."

"We stayed at one of their hotels that was offsite. The room was very basic with no amenities."

"During the week of our stay, it was very quiet and relaxing! (Right after Mother’s Day) We got a room on the bottom floor facing the river - amazing views! The sunsets were beautiful! The lanai was spacious with access to the docks. We saw people fishing or just relaxing on the beaches provided. As far as the room itself, we had comfy beds, microwave and fridge. We brought our food so that was perfect. They had plenty of drawer space to put your clothes in. A nice tub with shower. Limited TV channels, but we still enjoyed watching it when winding down for the evening. Overall, it was clean and cozy! Such friendly staff. Finally, we received a free pass for the zoo and that was one of the highlights of the trip! So fun!! We fed a giraffe, goats, llamas and parakeets! We definitely recommend this place!"
