Nov 15, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traveler’s Beware Disclosure: We couldn’t stay in this house. I would give a 0 star rating after our ordeal but a 0 rating isn’t an option. We booked this house for a 2 night stay because we had a train tour booked to the Grand Canyon for the day. We were notified the morning of our check-in day that the property was double booked. How could that happen? The owners said it was VRBOs fault. Oddly the day before our check-in, we asked the owner if we could get in early and he said Ok. They offered another property they owned on the same street but it wasn’t to our liking. Is on an unpaved road but the house was great with a lot of details. Safeway was about 20 minutes away, so getting supplies wasn't a big deal. House has a well equipped kitchen. Internet worked well, cellular is spotty at best. This is high plains desert so I'm sure this will get better over time. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Tom C.
