Auf schnelle professionelle Hilfe von Mitarbeiterin Mariam hat er sich dann endlich per Mail gemeldet. Wenn man für 4 Nächte 500 kassiert ,sollte man auch als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung stehen.Es hieß ,ohne weitere Erklärung oder Entschuldigung das wir die Wohnung im EG bekommen und nicht die gebuchte in der 2.Etage.Dies fanden wir sehr schade ,da wir...
