Enjoy a spacious game room with a POOL TABLE, board-game glass table, cozy couch, and big-screen TV. Relax in the new birdcage with a HOT TUB and plush seating. The enclosed backyard welcomes one small dog (with pre-approval only) for a stay everyone will love. Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are a local management company and have local vendors to handle any issues that may arise. So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance. The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm. Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding locked areas for owner's belongings and management's supplies. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer. The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in does NOT offer use of a golf cart. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. Pet Fee Per Pet is $150; more than one Pet with pre-approval only. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. Cleanliness, well stocked with everything you would need. Fenced yard for dogs. No carpets in house and host was very responsive with all instructions emailed so there was no confusion.
