The staff at this hotel were the friendliest and most helpful staff members I have encountered in Pigeon Forge. Every person that I spoke with was so helpful, but also so kind. Everyone seemed happy and always cheerful. I really appreciated all of the thoughtfulness that was put into the design of this hotel. My daughter and I always do a quick getaway to Pigeon Forge before school starts. We usually bounce around and try different hotels, I think we will come to back to Margaritaville Lodge next year.

The shower drain wasn't working too good it felt like you was standing in a pond. And it took forever to drain i asked them 4 or 5 times to fix it but it never got fixed.

Very nice facility! Staff was nice and helpful! Room was excellent! Will stay again!
