"Pros: Alles keurig onderhouden en volledig prive tot je beschikking. De eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijk. We zijn hier 5 nachten geweest en ondanks het wat mindere weer soms hebben we ons prima vermaakt. Centrum is dichtbij en met 10 min aan te lopen. Cons: niets"

"Great for a large family stay . Host responded well , communication was easy . Everything we needed was available . Host added a nice touch with welcoming water and Prosecco The small city of Speyer was great for the whole family . The apartment was in a perfect location for exploring. Highly recommend staying here .. "

"We were quoted a wrong price for the breakfast at check in. We were quoted 18 Euros and charged 22\. when I told the clerk at checkout he just said: we, the price is 22 and the other person made a mistake. He didn’t apologize or correct the invoice. In addition the rooms are only cleaned every 4 days. Our room faced the parking lot and every night guest were standing there, talking loudly and smoking. We could not open our window because of the smoke. Overall a rather disappointing experience. "
