Located just 5 minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort, 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish, and only 32 miles from Glacier National Park, you’ll have quick access to world-class skiing, scenic hiking trails, lake adventures, and some of the best dining and shopping in the area. This cabin is perfect for those looking for a family-friendly vacation rental or a relaxing mountain retreat with a touch of luxury.  
  
The condo is a two-story end unit located in the Cascade Building within Ptarmigan Village, a peaceful and wooded community. It’s the last unit on the street, offering extra privacy and quiet. Guests are just a short walk from the community’s indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and nature trails. After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring, unwind in the large communal hot tub or cozy up by the fireplace in true Chalet Chic style.  
  
Inside, the space features modern mountain decor with warm textures, updated furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats five, and a full bathroom. You’ll find a spacious living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV, soundbar, DVD player, and access to a large balcony with peaceful views of the surrounding trees and pond.  
  
Downstairs are two cozy bedrooms outfitted with premium linens and freshly laundered duvet covers, plus a second full bathroom. Families will appreciate extras like a pack 'n play, books, games, and DVDs to keep everyone entertained.  
  
This property offers many of the most sought-after features in Whitefish rentals, including close proximity to world class skiing at Big Mountain, lakefront access nearby, and a quiet natural setting. It’s also a fantastic base for trips to Glacier National Park or for those looking to explore Montana’s outdoors with hiking, fishing, and swimming opportunities close by.

The condo requires climbing 33 stairs to access the entrance, and there is an interior spiral staircase.

4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended from November through March due to mountainous terrain.  
  
Coffee and essentials are stocked for the first 3 days—longer stays may require a restock.  
  
Internet service is available but not guaranteed due to the remote location.
