We had an incident where we had alarms going off and the property manager did not return a call for more than 12 hours. Their site talks about service, but for us there was absolutely no service whatsoever . Instead, the property manager made us to feel like we did something wrong when they finally did get around to contacting us. This isolated incident had nothing to do with the property or property owner. We managed to get in touch with the property owner who was very helpful.
