The hotel is in the heart of West Yellowstone. Hotel is easy to find accommodating parking room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and once you are at the hotel, you don’t need your car. You can walk the whole main street of West Yellowstone for the shops and restaurants.

Close to everything. Breakfast was great. Room was a little dated and the tub faucet a little hard to use but the staff kept it very clean. We loved being on the bottom floor.

From the start of inquiring about details before I arrived I was met with the nicest hotel staff that answered my call and all questions. I loved staying here because of the location and the nice rooms. The breakfast was not the best but it got the job done. They are also cat friendly. Would highly recommend and stay here again in the future. They also did early check in for us. Thank you for a beautiful first time seeing YNP.

For the area that it’s in this is a reasonably priced accommodation. I was surprised though that given the name “inn” that it was more of a motel. But the rooms were nice, clean, and relatively noise free. The staff were very friendly both at check in and check out.

We loved the location - right next to town with all its wonderful shops and restaurants. The breakfast was really good - eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. The staff was very friendly and room was very clean. And best of all it was right by park entrance to Yellowstone. We really enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast was decent. They did have some hot food options. The beds were not comfortable but the staff was friendly and helpful and it’s right down town in walking distance to most things and it’s right outside the Yellowstone west gate. The room was clean

overall it is ok considering the price is relative a lot lower than others at the same location. the bathroom fan is noisy and there are a few slots/holes under the carpet. the breakfast is ok and parking space is large but part of it is on repairing the time we were. The staff is friendly. for budget minded , it is a reasonable stay.
