There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach. We were in Grand Cayman for a dive trip, and we loved coming back to the villa to relax in the beautiful pool. The location is perfect. We were within close driving distance to everything we needed, and the beach was right there just steps away. We liked that the villa was in its own nook, giving it a more private and peaceful feel. We love the West Bay Area as it is more quiet than SMB. I also thought it would convenient as I was planning on doing lots of diving and the condo is right next to the West Bay dock. The condo was smaller than I expected. We felt a little cramped. The outside space is nice, but also somewhat intimate—you get to know your neighbors, which can be a good or bad thing. In our case our neighbors on one side were somewhat loud tended to take over the pool space with their music and conversation. Overall, the place is nice—especially if you don’t plan to spend much time there and instead explore the island. ##### Virginia T. Leave you from the condo was awesome in the pool just outside sliding door. Coffee and breakfast outside at the oceanfront table was fabulous.
