### Small apartment in house 137 A

We offer you a 50 m² holiday apartment in holiday home 137 A in Friedrichstrasse in Wernigerode. Modern equipped with double bed, coffee table, sofa bed, TV with 30 cable programs.   
The kitchen is located in an extra room with a dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.   
In the bathroom with vanity, towel radiator, shower and toilet. The price includes all utilities, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and parking on our property.  
A supermarket with a bakery is 100 m away. A bus stop is directly at the apartment.   
They go to the city in 5 minutes and are just as fast at the Harz narrow-gauge railway station.  
The tourist tax of the city of Wernigerode is charged extra and is currently € 2.50 and children from 6 to 17 years pay half.  
  
The apartments in the Hotel Jagdhaus in Wernigerode are located in a quiet residential area in Wernigerode. You walk to the historic city center in about 10 minutes. You can also walk to the Westerntor train station, from where the historic steam train runs to the Brocken, in about 7 minutes. Our apartments are located on the 2nd First floor and have a size of 125 m² + 50 m². For short stays, up to 8 people are possible in the large apartment and up to 3 people in the small apartment. From 4 nights a maximum of 6 people + 2 people are recommended. The apartments are modern and have a view of the castle. We offer you a free bread delivery service in-house (but the bread must be paid for). Parking spaces are available at the house and can be used free of charge. You can also use a 1000 m² garden behind the house. A grill and seating are available. BBQ accessories or -good to bring A sauna can also be used, but for a fee. Wellness treatments and massages can be booked in-house.  
Free WiFi is available in the apartment and in the house.
