Arrivé après 23h donc obligé de téléphoner pour se faire ouvrir la porte. Difficulté de compréhension avec une personne ne connaissant pas l’hôtel. Finalement une fois à l’intérieur, à la lumière du téléphone j’ai pu trouver ma clé laissée sur le bureau avec un message illisible en allemand. Puis 20 minutes pour trouver ma chambre via un second contact téléphonique.
