Waterfront Cottage - fantastic unobstructed views!!

  • Notre maison - '' Juste Bluffer '' - est une grande maison avec une vue imprenable fantastique de Wellfleet Harbor et baie de Cape Cod. Regarder les bateaux vont et viennent. Promenez-vous la plage de sable tranquille. Prenez une quinzaine de minutes à pied le long de la plage sur le Pont de l'oncle Tim en centre-ville Wellfleet pour le journal du matin et une tasse de café. Profitez de l'un des quatre belles plages de l'océan Wellfleet, à seulement 2 miles. Apportez votre kayak et barboter dans notre beau port protégé. Rez de chaussée: salle à manger informelle pour 6 personnes, salon avec écran plat, cuisine bien équipée, 2 chambres à la décoration colorée une avec des lits superposés et l'autre avec un grand lit. Le premier étage dispose d'une salle de bain complète avec des murs en lambris. Deuxième étage: Une nouvelle suite de maître avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complète avec vue sur la baie et le port; chambre principale dispose d'une terrasse privée avec des vues de 200 degrés. "Juste Bluffer" dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et peut accueillir 6 personnes.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable and the view was outstanding! Mike, the host, was responsive and offered lots of great recommendations for the area. We really enjoyed being tucked away in this peaceful little oasis for a few days.

This is a quintessential Cape Cod vacation home. The views are spectacular and my two boys loved being able to explore outside. If you’re looking for a sandy toes, outdoor time, and breezes off the bay this is the place for you.

We had a lovely stay. As described, the location is outstanding, with a great view over the water, and easy access to the waterfront, where it is possible to walk along the beach to the walking bridge that goes into town. The bunkbeds in the third, smallest bedroom, are tight other than for kids, but the description and photos gave us a sense of that. The access to outside decks and the yard, or looking over the water, is great. We also appreciated being on a quiet road, but with ready access to everything.

Great time on the water in Wellfleet!

We had such a great time at Mike’s place in Wellfleet. The location and beach were phenomenal, we enjoyed walking into town along the beach and catching sunsets directly from the place. Will definitely come back!

Great stay on the Cape!

Super fun stay in wellfleet is Mike’s home, he was super accommodating to our dogs. The house has a gorgeous view, and plenty of beds for larger groups. Will definitely come back!

Perfect getaway

We reserved last minute it was a spontaneous getaway. We’ve never been to Wellfleet it is a great town. House is in a good location across from the pier lovely sunrises and sunsets. Easy check-in process and responsive hosts. Thank you Mike and Kathy!

Amazing water views especially from the master bedroom upstairs. This part of the cape has beautiful majestic blue water and sand dune filled beaches and terrific restaurants (visit the beach comber, 5 min away!) The house was comfortable and we were able to relax and enjoy cooking in and eating on the outdoor deck. The bayside beach behind the yard is quiet and easy to get to via a path beside the house.

“Just Bluffing” great VIBE!

If you love the cape, Just Bluffing is in an exceptional location for everything Cape Cod offers. The property has exceptional views, a path to town(20 min walk/max) cozy atmosphere, and beach access. The location offers fishing, shelling, exploring, and relaxation. We would highly recomnend and would love to return soon!

The property overall worked well for us! Definitely a small property more well suited to a family with small kids rather than 6 adults. The location worked well for us and the property had a beautiful view. The bunk bed room is pretty small but would work for young kids.

Great location

We had a great stay at Just Bluffing. The proximity to other towns on the Cape was great, the view was fantastic, quick access to Wellfleet by car or a quick walk. The house was just as described and very charming. Beach access was easy, we used the chairs provided by the owner for our morning coffee on the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!
