Beautiful Wellfleet secluded contemporary home. 5 minute walk to Duck Pond. Easy beach access. Over 3,000 square feet including two expansive living areas + open, and recently remodeled kitchen. Pool table, Flat Screen TV, BBQ, Smoker, Two Decks, WiFi and Cable. Kitchen comes fully stocked. Enough room for 4 cars in driveway. 2.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom features en suite w/ Jacuzzi. Outdoor shower as well.
* Weekly Rentals Only in July and August *
Huge living areas. Over 3,000 square feet! Custom remodeled kitchen. One King Size Bed/Bedroom, one Queen Size Bed/Bedroom. One regular bedroom featuring two full beds. Plenty of couches and a new futon to accommodate large groups. Basement also has room for multiple air-mattresses. Five minute walk to Duck Pond. Access to the Cape's best beaches (less than five minute drive). Two private outdoor decks. Extremely quiet and secluded. Two minutes to Route 6. Parking at the house. A truly special place.
