Open Cape Style Home with Charming Gazebo (1237)

  • ***NEW FOR 2026, Mini split in family room*** Very nicely furnished cape style home offering many amenities including a ping pong table & horseshoe pit. It is in a very private area on the road leading to Lieutenant Island, this home is equidistant between the bay and the ocean. The first floor offers two bedrooms, 1 with 2 twin beds and 1 with a twin trundle. There is a primary bedroom on the second floor with a queen sized bed, TV and a private balcony with a set of table & chairs.

    Relax and enjoy the large back deck and gazebo; great for unplugging, sunning or barbequing on the gas grill. Other nice amenities include an enclosed outside shower, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Come and enjoy your home away from home at the Cape. Approx. 1262 sq. ft. 3 night minimums available off season which includes cleaning!

    Ductless AC in living room, bedrooms currently have window AC units.

    Please note: Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.
