In der schönen Altstadt von Weimar, schönes, sauberes Hotel. Preislich in der Mittelklasse. Preis / Leistungsverhltnis jedoch übertrieben. Herzlos, kalt eingerichtet kombiniert mit der Unfreundlichkeit. Um 17:30 Uhr schon ist der Empfang nicht mehr besetzt. Das für Zutritt notwendige Mail mit Code, davon habe an der Türe erfahren (für self check in) habe ich nicht erhalten. (ist weiter nicht schlimm) Keine Hilfsbereitschaft an der Türe. Nach langen mehrmaligen Diskussionen mit einer Dame zunächst in Person durch zwei verschlossene Türen und in 5m Entfernung und danach über Mikrofon und Lautsprecher / Telefon, hat man uns den Code gegeben (Nachname --> Code, so einfach war es, da schon reserviert) Restaurant geschlossen, oder inaktive, keine Ambiente. Frühstück (habe verzichtet drauf) in einer kleineren Ecke vom (inaktiven) Restaurant. Am nächsten Tag war es mit Personal einiges besser. Nach so viel Unfreundlichekeit schon beim Eintritt habe auch nicht mehr nach etwas positiverem in diesem Hotel gesucht. Man kann all diese sicher verbessern. Meine Information hier kann als Beschwerde oder als Anregung zur Verbesserung der Situation betrachtet werden.

Sehr modernes Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt. Zimmerausstattung neu und schönes Bad mit großer Regendusche. Hätte das Zimmer noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank gehabt, wäre es perfekt gewesen.
