Not far from 400 block downtown. Large 2 bedroom main level apartment, with one bath. Open concept great room and kitchen area. 2 Car garage. Washer and Dryer in the basement which is shared with upper level tenant.
Furnished with dished, linens, towels and cookware. Two queen beds. One room has a walk in closet and the other room has an open wardrobe. Not far from Townline market, St. Marys Catholic Church, Kwik Trip, Bull Falls Brewery, Hiawatha, Farmers Market on Saturdays and Wednesdays., Oak Island Park.

Think twice!
The property does not look like the picture - the bushes have not been cut and the hand rails into the home are rotting away. The door sticks and is difficult to open. When you enter the home it smells musty and the couch is old and faded. There were no dishes to use. There was blood stains on the pillow case and towel. The neighborhood is not good and we were told by friends and family that it is a bad part of town and should not stay at the home. We only stayed one night and left. I contacted the home owner and requested a refund and was not given. Would recommend you think twice before staying here.

Wedding Weekend
Came for a wedding over the weekend, place was clean and wonderful. Only drawback was the coffee pot didn’t fit the maker. Had to engineer a solution!

House with great kitchen!
I spent two weeks at this house that was located minutes from my workplace. Two roomy bedrooms, a nice kitchen with a separate dining area made it nice place to stay. I will be returning in the future!
