« Bramley Cottage was a lovely place for a peaceful break. Very dog friendly with a nice little garden with very comfortable wooden chairs to relax in, surrounded by fruit trees.The cottage had everything we needed so we were very happy. But the bed was not the same as in the photos, it is a metal bed frame, that is very high! James was a very friendly host and a visit to their farm shop for coffee and cake is reccomended. »

« No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Cela ne posait pas de problème en soi, mais les installations étant très basses, il fallait constamment se pencher, ce qui s’est avéré peu pratique. Par ailleurs, le distributeur de gel douche est resté vide pendant deux jours malgré plusieurs demandes. Nous ne l’avons obtenu que le jour de notre départ. Heureusement que nous avions apporté nos propres produits. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles, l’absence de produits d’accueil est regrettable. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais le service manquait de convivialité, voire était parfois limite désagréable. À titre d’exemple, je me suis levée pour prendre un verre d’eau et, à mon retour, mon café à moitié plein avait été débarrassé. De plus, l’hygiène de la vaisselle laisse clairement à désirer. Enfin, lors de notre dernier jour, nous avons laissé nos bagages à la réception (bagagerie). À notre retour, ils étaient introuvables. Nous avons dû chercher dans deux salles différentes avant qu’ils ne réapparaissent. Une situation inutilement stressante qui aurait pu être évitée avec un minimum d’organisation. Points positifs : la literie, ainsi que la proximité avec les studios Harry Potter."

"Frankly the worst Hilton I think existing. Rooms and furniture straight out of the 60s at best. Doors so tired, tiling with mold here and there, carpet you’d rather walk while wearing socks. Quite literally no sound proofing at all so you will hear anything from outside (hello, hotel deliveries, team exit…) or inside (hello anyone speaking or even walking in the hallway. Leaving the hotel by foot is dangerous - cars drive very fast and there is no pedestrian crossing nearby. If you need to cross the road, it will be at your own risk. Two positive points, the can of water now present in room (a nice change), and the room service which was alright and decently priced. Team nice and pro. Came for a business visit, I would be mortified for this to be a hotel where I spend a holiday… "
