The staff (particularly 2 ladies working the afternoon-evening shift) were extremely helpful in setting us up with handicapped parking for the 2 nights we were there. We had to unexpectedly cancel for 1 night, and they were also helpful in seeing this through for us. We were very happy with our stay.

Breakfast was great. Nice staff. Clean room. TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker in great condition. Restaurant/bar had a good selection of food and drinks and prices were descent. Our food was really good and was ready in a reasonable amount of time. We especially liked the waitress/bar tender Helen!

The gal at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. One elevator was not working and the other one was slow and in a hotel with 10 floors, there was a lot of waiting. Our room was nice and beds comfortable. Parking was little inconvenient- on the street or in the parking ramp. A long way to bring and take out luggage. The pool was small but our grandson enjoyed it!

It was a great experience. The receptionist was very nice, and the lady working in the kitchen and dining area was wonderful as well. Breakfast was great, and they were very accommodating by allowing us a later checkout since my mom’s appointment was pushed back.
