The location of the property is fairly close to restaurants, supermarket, and served as a nice stopping point between Seward and Denali. We toured the Matanuska glacier about 1.5 hours away . The immediate neighborhood is new and compact without much landscaping, but the numerous dirt roads in the area provided comfortable places to run and walk with plenty of open space to enjoy.
