Great for young couples
It was clean and modern in a multicultural neighborhood. May be challenging for individuals with mobility concerns. The property manager was quick with communication, though it really is only meant for 2 people. Well appointed and modern space.

Location was good and it was clean.
I was here with my 2 teenagers and my fiancé visiting my older 2 daughters that live in Silver Spring. The description indicates that it sleeps 4. In reality, it only sleeps 2 adults and 1 teen. My daughter ended up staying with my daughters’ that live here because the “sleeper sofa” was actually a crappy futon. It was fine fire the 3 of us to sleep there, but no talk place to sit to hang out as the futon was so small. The only other seating was 4 stools at the mini table and a desk chair in the loft. The full bathroom’s door didn’t even shut all the way. It was a 12 minute walk to the metro station.

Good place to stay.
Very good place to stay. The sleeping sofa bed is comfortable for smaller kids only. Also, I think the house property damage insurance or deposit is slightly high.
