- Brand new modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to the Metro, Bus Lines, Restaurants, Bakery, Delicatessen, Supermarkets, farmers' markets, pharmacy... even a National Forest! Really a 10-minute walk or less to all of these! Only a quick metro ride to all that DC has to offer from our oasis in the city!
Pet friendly - bring your furry friend. Off street parking with a 48amp EV charger.
Fully furnished with new furniture and appliances, full kitchen with all equipment, full-size laundry appliances, bathroom with shower and tub. Separate bedroom with a queen bed, plus a queen sleep sofa in the living room, as well as a high-quality air mattress and a portable crib.

Lovely apartment that's close to great restaurants and the train to DC. Off-street parking is a huge plus in this neighborhood. Best shower I've ever used. Owners very responsive. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We did have some minor issues with the home but the management company did their best to take care of them. I would recommend staying at this home.
