I enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix. Everything was exceptional. Clean rooms, friendly staff, a room with a view. The restaurant in the lobby is a plus. The hotel itself is an historical treasure.
Friendly staff, comfy room, and nice area near the train station, metro and DC attractions. Next door is a proper pub that stays open after midnight, great to unwind in there with a couple of drinks before going to bed. If Im ever in DC again Ill look for a room here first
Great location and clean hotel. Smaller rooms but we weren’t staying for the room size. Close to the metro and capitol building. Irish restaurant was good for lunch and breakfast.
Loved this hotel. Was close to union station, which was wonderful since I came in by Amtrak. Room was very comfortable, property itself was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. Will not hesitate to stay here again.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel. I found the room well-appointed and staff very friendly. It is located in close proximity to Union Station.
Very nice, staff were friendly, hotel was modern and clean, easy public parking around the corner and location was perfect. Great for a visit to all the sights and sounds of DC.
Our stay was wonderful and the staff was amazing!! We had to stay an extra night because we missed our train. But it was worth staying there and eating at the Dublin restaurant was another plus. Their breakfast was delicious and since we had to stay an extra night. We ended up having lunch there as well. We will definitely stay here again.
Staff is unfailingly polite, courteous, and helpful. Room was quite clean and exactly as described. Breakfast is steps away at The Dubliner, a genuine plus.
