The morning of check out (master bedroom) I began itching and noticing bites and later confirmed they were from bed bug. This is not only disturbing but a serious health and hygiene issue that no guest should have to deal with!!When I contacted the owner to report the problem, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. There was no empathy, no offer to help resolve the issue, or compensate for the inconvenience and stress it caused. Instead, I was made to feel like I was exaggerating or at fault, which is completely unacceptable.Traveling should be a safe and comfortable experience, not one where you’re left dealing with itching, stress, and the fear of bringing bed bugs home. I’ve also had to take extra measures (and costs) to treat my belongings to prevent an infestation at home.I do not recommend this property until the owner takes proper action to address this issue, hires a professional pest control service, and prioritizes guest safety and cleanliness. Also close to a city bike share parking, which was super convenient. Very clean, and check in/check out process was seamless. It's very small, but was comfortable for me and my husband.
