Welcome to Your Bright Brookland Retreat  
  
Tucked in one of Washington DC’s most charming and quiet neighborhoods, this newly built second floor ADU apartment offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and convenience. Whether you’re visiting for work, exploring the capital’s museums, or simply seeking a peaceful getaway, our cozy 1-bedroom space was thoughtfully designed to feel like home from the moment you arrive.  
  
You’ll enjoy your own private entrance, dedicated parking, and a layout that makes smart use of every inch of its 450 square feet all bathed in natural light with 10-foot ceilings that make the space feel open and airy.

Completed in 2025, the apartment was purpose built for guests who appreciate design, comfort, and a seamless stay. Inside, you’ll find:  
  
1 Bedroom with Queen Bed – Soft linens, blackout shades, and a convenient desk create the perfect space for rest or remote work.  
  
Living Room with Double Pull Out Sofa. A comfortable spot to unwind or accommodate extra guests, complete with a 50" smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.  
  
Full Kitchen: Cook like home with a range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, plus cookware and utensils ready for you to use.  
  
Full Bathroom – Bright and modern with a walk-in shower, complete with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
