This stunning home is designed to give ample space with your group in mind. With both floors having an open space floor plan, there is plenty of room to hang out altogether! Enjoy the beautiful Desert Color of St George, its truly a Paradise of Utah. As you walk into your home away from home you will be embraced with the most beautiful and modern home décor. The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming to enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen and dining area can seat 12, enough space to sit together, if more is needed there is extra seating available with the 8 ft Lifetime folding table plus eight chairs hanging in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, join in to make your groups favorite meals! There are three bedrooms on the main level. One master with a king size bed and private bath, luxury bedding and flat screen TV with streaming. The second room has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and a Jack & Jill bathroom. Upstairs is truly the hang out area! Living area has a 50” flat screen Smart TV, comfy wrap around couch and a Legends Ultimate Home Arcade machine! This area also has a trundle bunk bed and a full-size bathroom. Down the hall there are three more bedrooms. One has a king size bed with its own private bath and flat screen TV. Bedroom number two has a queen bed, flat screen TV and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the third bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. This room also leads out to a second story patio. The common area can also hold two roll outs and four mattress sleepers. Desert Splash features two beautiful outdoor patios, a front porch, plus grassy areas, and full landscaping to make this the perfect place for the indoor/outdoor experience southern Utah is famous for. Sliding doors off the main living area open to a North patio with views of the sunset as well as near daylong shade. The West patio is gated and features a firepit and BBQ – all under a beautiful Pergola. Situated nearby is the Swim Spa. Sleeping arrangements: 2 King Master Bedrooms with ensuites 3 Bedrooms with 1 Queen bed featuring 43" flat screen TV. 1 room with 2 bunk beds (total 4 twin beds) Common area sleeps 10 (2 twin bunk beds, 2 roll outs and 4 mattress sleepers) What is a Swim Spa? The Hydro Pool Swim Spa acts as a small swimming pool or a large hot tub, depending on the time of year. When using, please rinse off before entering the water. There is an outside shower provided. This model has two swim jets that mimic the natural resistance of water to help you get the most out of a swim or workout. There is plenty of room in this 14ft pool for the kiddos to splash around on a hot summer day. Watch them swim, while making dinner on the BBQ or unwinding by the firepit as the sun sets. NOTICE: The Swim Spa is currently set to be a pool. Contoured seating for up to 9 people and massaging jets offer built in hydrotherapy and relaxation. All of these options are available in the privacy of Desert Splash’s own gated patio. If staying during the months of Oct - Mar there is an additional 50$ for your visit to assist in the extra cost of keeping your spool hot and ready! The house had enough rooms to give everyone some quiet space. There was also plenty of room to gather. Dining table sat 8 with 4 chairs at the counter. Kitchen had basically everything we needed. I might have like a few serving dishes, but did just fine. Appliances were top notch. The living area had a large sectional. Easily sat 5-6 with several chairs and large pillows. The outdoor patio with swim spa and fire got quite a lot of use. The house does sit on a busy street. The noise was not evident inside. During commuting hours it was noisy outside. The pool area was cute with a lazy river, two swimming areas and a large hot tub. This was only a block from the house. The home itself is quite central to everything we wanted to do. 45 minutes to Zion. 30 minutes to both Red Cliffs and Snow Canyon. 20 minutes from downtown. Things to do: with children, definitely check out downtown the park with the splash pads. Pioneer Park and the Desert Gardens. Family hikes at Snow Canyon. There are so many short trails. We did Jenny’s Canyon and the Lava Tube/Butterfly Rock loop. For our adults: we had permits for Angel’s Landing in Zion and did Emerald Pools as well. Everyone really enjoyed the Red Reef trail. They also enjoyed the large driving range (top golf-esque). Overall a terrific home in a great area!! ##### Leigh C. Travel was 30-60 minutes which was perfect for our group. The only issue we had was the house was on the highway and the traffic noise was very loud. ##### Amy H. The kitchen and and bathrooms were good, but little things like the coffee tables/end tables felt dirty. Kind of nit picky, but the pantry door and kitchen walls had some really dirty spots. We did appreciate how well the kitchen utensils and plates were stocked. There were 20 of us, and even if we didn’t run the dishwasher between meals, there were plenty of plates/silverware. Another issue we had, is we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. It took the contact 4 hours to respond to my request for more. By that time we had to go to the store for more. I wish they would have left a couple replacement rolls. We booked through VRBO. When all was said and done, we had a $450 VRBO fee that wasn’t listed in the listing. That was a bit frustrating. If you put your property on VRBO, I’d expect you to know what that fee is and list it properly. ##### Tasha F. I loved the layout of the rooms and how there was room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. It was fun to mini golf, and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub spa.
