Come enjoy what the Warroad area has to offer! Fishing, skating, ATV riding, snowmobiling. The rental is located approximately one and a half miles south west of Warroad.
Just minutes from the Gardens Arena, Lake of the Woods, the Warroad River, and Beltrami Island State Forest. During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 miles from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 miles from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 miles from Zippel Bay.

Really nice place. 8 minute drive from Springsteel. Buck hunter arcade game is the cherry on top.

The property was clean, well equipped and maintained. Need house number out on the mailbox and house isn’t visible from the road.

Was here just for an overnight, but had we stayed longer there were so many perks! Individually wrapped condiments (ketchup/mayo/mustard) in the refrig, spices/oils in the kitchen cabinets, along with a slow cooker, mixer, stocked Keurig, toaster - truly everything to make your stay more enjoyable! Loved that there were two pillows on every bed for each person - we always travel with our own pillows, but it was fantastic that there would have been at least two for each of us. Darin was able to accommodate our early check in request, which was fantastic. The garage (shared space) would have been great were we to have had a larger group visiting. We did not use it, but it certainly was a "nice to have available" amenity. Visiting on a particularly warm August Saturday, even with no A/C, the studio never got warm with the dehumidifier going and an oscillating fan. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Place was excellent, clean, tidy, warm. The arcade games in the garage kept the kids busy at night. Great place to stay if your enjoying Lake of the Woods, just a short 5 minute drive to Warroad

Warroad Country Property

Couldn’t find channels I usually watch on TV. Not easy to figure out. I didn’t come to watch TV however, really no major concern for me. I was satisfied with the property.
