"This is my wife and I's favourite hotel, we love staying here, I think the cleaning staff do an amazing job, as the rooms are always clean and immaculate, topped up wit all the essentials, the, unsung heroes in my opinion! Some of the front of house team are the warmest and most welcoming, people I've ever met, I have say thank you to Maria for looking after us in such a high degree, she left us feeling we wished we could have stayed longer, which we will do next time because of her warmth and regards to us and her other guests, she deserves to be nurtured to growth and ... IBIS, you can't pay enough for what she gives your hotel and us, id also like a special mention, and share our appreciation to Gorsia{Manager}, in ore and appreciation of her enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethos, couldn't thank her enough for her attention to detail and all our needs. "Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and the restaurant on 14th floor was beautiful. I do recommend arriving early for dinner as there was an hour wait for us at 1900 hours. Will definitely be returning "

"Staff were hit and miss. Lucy checked me in and was great but Grace refused to let me borrow a charger even though she said there was a box full in lost property. Breakfast staff not brilliant either. Asked for a pot to put sauce in too be told to put straight on plate, why? Lager in bar was flat except the one that costs £7.95. Dont take cash. Room was only ok. Would not rush back."
