"This is a new building and reception is still under construction as of July 2025. So, they just have one small table with couple of guys as staff. Property looks good from outside as well as neat rooms. However, one of the 2 rooms we booked was leaking from wall due to rain and there was some water on the floor. "very dirty, lot of bugs, bedsheet was dirty stains and mud all over the bed. the floor was all bad. very hard to get transportation. "

"We got a smelly room later the manager changed the room for additional price, food was terrible, swimming pool was dirty, electricity and water was being disrupted and disconnected timely. no proper indoor activities. Not recommended for family stays."
