« Cottage could not be more central in Wells. Access was a bit difficult via the key box, Central heating system was excellent. Very steep stairs so not so great for those less mobile. Overall, perfect for groups of about 6. »

« Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. As we are all keen swimmers for us more access to the pool for longer periods would have made it fantastic for us and we weren’t aware at the time of booking that it was bookable...

« Fantastic stay in Swallow Cottage! Clean, had lovely furnishings, and well equipped with everything we needed - particularly the kitchen. Our entire family absolutely loved the pool, which was always spotless and perfect temperature. My son looked forward to swimming in the bubbles (the water jet) at each swim session! « Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...

The outdoor space is really lovely, with the field beyond full of wildlife.
