1 - This completely renovated house, approximately 120 square metres in size, is located in the beautiful monastery town of Walkenried in the Harz Mountains, about 5 km from Bad Sachsa. A bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, the train station, and a swimming pond (800 m) are all within walking distance.<br><br>It can accommodate up to 8 people. Spread over 3 floors, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation with us. The vacation home is a semi-detached house with a large fenced-in yard and a separate entrance. <br><br>The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating. There is ample parking available on the property.<br><br>The entrance to the vacation home is located in the basement. The large entryway features a coat closet, a small workspace, and an infrared sauna.<br><br>An open wooden staircase leads to the main first floor—here you’ll find a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest restroom with a washing machine, and a bedroom with two single beds. <br><br>On the upper floor, you’ll find the other two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and the two bathrooms. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a large, walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. The second bathroom is a shower room. <br><br>The covered terrace is accessible from the entryway and borders the fully fenced-in garden. The fence is approximately 125 cm high.
