- This condo is situated in a quiet part of the Waikoloa Villas complex. This is a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo has been recently renovated with bamboo flooring bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen! The Waikoloa Villas complex includes two pools and a BBQ area.
Located in the A building this condo building is set back within the complex and provides a lovely view of the ocean and golf course. Master bedroom has a king bed and its own beautifully renovated bathroom with large walkin shower. The front bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom which is upstairs and is loft like - open to the living room below has two twins and its own bathroom that has been renovated. The spacious lanai which has access from the living room and master bedroom faces the ocean and golf course giving you amazing views to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. This condo is on the second floor which means it's quiet as there is no one above you! There is no elevator and stairs are required to access the condo.
The Villas at Waikoloa are located along the 9th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Waikoloa Village golf course. Walking distance to grocery market golf banks and post office.
