Clean room, great location and super friendly staff

Clean and modern room, staff is so friendly and ready to help with any request.

Room was large and wonderfully appointed. The staff were very friendly and always wanting to help

If you’re going Petra and not staying here you are missing out. It was an absolutely incredible experience staying here. I stayed one night and I regret not planning my stay here for longer. The staff was the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. They were also kind enough to upgrade me from the cabin to the bubble. The camp it self is really beautiful. If you’re staying here make sure to catch the sunset because it’s one of the most beautiful sights. I would 10000% stay here again without a second...

Excellent front desk manager.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and great customer service.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here is exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and very well run. Breakfast was generous and excellent, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. What impressed us most was the personal warmth of the people here. We had some lovely conversations and really enjoyed getting to know them a...

this hotel was excellent and gave the best service i’ve ever recieved at a hotel. it’s brand new and very clean, and the room was large and modern looking. if you go to petra there’s no better place to stay. Maher who works here is very kind and goes above and beyond with his service. he helped us book the jett bus and even picked us up on arrival. it is run by locals and definitely worth staying at. thank you!

Highly recommend this place great price and amazing staff would 100% recommend to anyone visiting

The Petra Guest House is the closest thing you can get to Petra so a great starting point for those who want to go early. The cave bar has a great vibe and a great place to hangout after a long day exploring Petra. The hotel is clean, decent rooms, and friendly staff.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience despite some hiccups ( one of us got sick during our stay). Highly recommended

The staff was amazing! They asked me for my breakfast time preference and was ready for me at that time! Abdullah was also great with helping me getting a taxi to Wadi Rum!
