Relaxing 4-Bdrm, 3-Bath home near Waco, Texas with Quick Access to Interstate 35

Home near Waco, Texas with quick access to Interstate 35, which makes for short trips to Baylor University, Magnolias Silos, Lake Waco, downtown Waco, and other sites in the Waco area. Walmart is located approximately 2 miles from the house.

The home is fully equipped with all of the conveniences necessary to make your visit to Waco as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The 2400 ft2 house has 3-bedrooms (1 king-sized bed, and 2 queen-sized beds) and 2-full baths in the main house. There is a detached Private King Suite with a mini fridge, microwave and bathroom, just a few steps from the back door. The house has high-speed internet so you can stay connected to your home or work. TVs are provided in each of the bedrooms to enjoy, and the family room has a sectional with a 70” TV with surround sound to enjoy your favorite shows.The dining room has a table that comfortably sits 8 adults. The kitchen also has a table that seats 4. There are extra folding chairs in the coat closet as well.
The living room has a desk with a large screen monitor that provide a great work area. A pack-n-play and several blowup mattresses are also provided for up to 2 extra guests.

Amazing home and very cost friendly . My favorite was the host and family. They went above and beyond to assist with any and all questions . The home is large enough that we could all enjoy time together as well as have your own “ space”. Would definitely recommend them and stay again.

This is a wonderful house. It had everything we needed. Quick easy drive to Baylor University. Was great to have somewhere to go after graduation and just hang out. Owners responded to all my questions extremely fast.

Family Wedding

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had additional family in town for a family wedding. The house is big, has a detached guest house, and provides three bathrooms, so it can accommodate quite a few guests. There were toys for the children and a wonderful play set in the backyard which worked great for my grandchildren. Everything was clean and nice. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

Girls’ weekend

Great location, very clean w/ plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. The garage apartment was cozy and inviting, too. While we didn't actually cook any meals while we were there, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we were able to fix a quick 'Continental breakfast' before heading out for the day. Residential area was quiet & felt secure, easy to find. Communication w/host was excellent--quick and efficient. All in all, a wonderful stay. Would def go back.

Time for Family

We had our three adult children and their significant others come to celebrate a family wedding. The home was perfect for us as we enjoyed the large dining room and fully stocked kitchen. The separate mother in law suite in the back was perfect for a couple and provided a quiet space. If you are bringing young children, this home would be perfect! Wonderful indoor play area/family room as well as outdoor playset. Very convenient too I35 and Waco. Communication with the owner was great! For our family, it was a perfect fit!

Family Wedding

The house was nice and comfortable. In a great neighborhood. Had a small issue on our last night and Carol the owner was easy to contact and get the issue taking care of. Was overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again if in the area.
