Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was clean and quiet. It wasn't very busy in the hotel. Usually you can hear other people talking, walking or starting their cars in these types of places but my husband and I slept soundly with no issues. The outside of the property could use a daily sweep as there were lots of cigarette butts and plastic garbage's around. The rooms were slightly modernized and were spacious and comfortable. It is very close to the vulcan tourist site and close to a gas station
It’s a good motel , economical , great staff and great owner. Very customer friendly.
Easy to park near room, in the center of Vulcan and walkable dining options, value for the money , highly recommended when you visit Vulcan .

Property is dated with no real upgrades. But it is near everything you need. It’s cheap and accommodating and quiet. Parking is well lit and there’s lots of it.
Facility is a little dated but clean. Friendly staff. Pretty good for a small town hotel.

Property is a little run down and needs an overhaul. Rooms were clean and comfortable if a little dated. Staff was great. Very helpful and professional.
It was great experience in a small town. The hotel staff was amazing. Very knowledgeable. I suggest everyone to stay here whenever on Vulcan.

Very basic rooms. Thin blanket on bed so we had to ask for more. No problem there. No coffee maker - only a microwave and fridge. Room was clean and staff was friendly. It was okay for sleeping but otherwise there's not much there. However you are in walking distance of down town where there are stores and restaurants. Tourist information is right across from country inn but not open in the winter months. Startrek enterprice is at walking distance.
There never was any staff at the front desk. There was a number to call but more often than not no one answered and the second number would not dial through. The ad for the motel shows a restaurant. We could not find it and could not find staff to ask where it was. The Lounge attached to the hotel said they didn't serve food. One room had no toilet paper on the roll upon arrival so makes one wonder how much cleaning is done when a client checks out. The second room ran out of toilet paper on the last day but there was no staff to ask for more. One room asked a staff member for more kleenex but never received it. The remote in one room to turn the TV on did not work. A maintenance fellow came once with several remotes none which worked. Never saw him again. Parking was good, right in front of our room. Not a place I would recommend or stay again.
