### Charming 3-bedroom house in the vineyard with terrace

House with three bedrooms in the heart of the vineyard in the charming village of VOEGTLINSHOFFEN, it has been completely renovated combining the character of the old and the comfort of the modern.  
  
You can enjoy a beautiful living room with a living room area and a fitted and equipped kitchen, bathed in light thanks to its large windows and its cathedral roof.  
  
Direct access to the 40m² terrace will allow you to enjoy an exceptional view of the vineyard.  
The house has three spacious bedrooms with respectively a double bed (160x190), two single beds (90x190) and a double bed (140x190), they each have either a dressing room or a wardrobe.  
A bathroom with Italian shower, double sink unit and a separate toilet.  
  
Thanks to its ideal location on the Wine Route, it occupies a strategic position during your visits to the many typical Alsatian villages and during the Christmas holidays, you can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the Christmas markets.  
  
All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, charges and WIFI connection) are included in the price.  
  
To be paid before your arrival in the accommodation: the tourist tax remotely by transfer or by credit card at the agency during opening hours from Monday to Friday from 9 \[hidden\] to 12 \[hidden\] and 2 \[hidden\] to 6 \[hidden\] and the deposit with a Swikly link or by credit card (bank imprint).

The house is located in the heart of the vineyard on the Wine Route, 10.7 km from Colmar train station, 7.3 km from a supermarket, 10.8 km from the Ammerschwihr golf course, 49 km from the ski slopes of the Lac Blanc resort and 54.8 km from Basel – Mulhouse – Freiburg Airport.  
End of stay cleaning is included.
