The resort was wonderful, clean, safe, friendly. Perfect for kids. Amazing view, spent hours at the pool while watching the whales in the ocean. My only complaint is the upgrade at the resort for the premium AI package.

This property is secluded with a mini market on location conveninet for guests to buy many things and also the property has Gym, pickle ball court, tennis court. If anything i have to complain than i would say that they need to add pool activities for both kids and adults.

Fantastic service in the altitude section. I had breakfast lunch and supper at the grill and all of the servers were amazing. The best part of the trip was the concierge service. I had mistakenly left a big pile of clothes in one of the drawers in my room and between them and a shuttle service I was able to get all of my items at my next stop. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and courtesy. The food is devine. Actually, the entire place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Worth the drive down a long dusty road. We watched whales, pelicans, frigate birds and even the Great Egret .. all during breafast, kunch and dinner.
