  • It is in a magnificent stone building of character in the heart of the medieval city, that I offer you this spacious duplex of 130 m² overlooking the city!

    Located at the foot of the Place Notre-Dame, its Collegiate Church and its arcades, but in a very quiet alley, this ideal location overlooks the lively Marcellin Fabre shopping street.

    Perfectly equipped, the "Loft Saint-Georges" is aimed at a clientele of connoisseurs who appreciate the historical charm combined with modern comfort of very good standing (3* up).

    Crossing east-west, it benefits from sunshine and exceptional views of the Collegiate Church, the rooftops and the surrounding hillsides.

    Renovated, furnished and decorated with the greatest care, it will meet the needs of demanding travellers. Wi-Fi is offered free of charge in compliance with safety rules.

    COMPOSITION
    - the 3rd floor is the sleeping area:
    • 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 of which has a 160 x 200 cm bed and 2 of 140 x 190 cm. Each has a dressing room and a workspace
    • Double-sink bathroom, bathtub. Separate toilet
    • New bathroom, shower cubicle, glass roof, workshop, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
    - the 4th floor hosts the day area and new toilets: very nice living room with more than comfortable volume, exposed beams, sofa bed with chaise longue that can accommodate 1 adult and a child or 3 children, new, modern and fully equipped open kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, large flat screen TV, new), children's play area and board games.

    Partner of the West-Aveyron Tourist Office, I wish you an excellent stay at the Loft Saint-Georges and in Villefranche-de-Rouergue!
