Our room would not cool down, the equipment in the gym was broken, the ice machine room always smelled like dirty diapers

The rooms were very dingy with stains on the ceilings and on the walls. It could definitely use some paint and upgrades.

I don’t think my rug was vacuumed either day. There was mildew in the corner in my shower. The towels were a nice size for drying - however, not very soft. I would have liked a cleaner room for the $$$. The bistro staff were beyond phenomenal and the food was excellent!
