The location was very convenient. We went to an evening show at the Dutch Apple Theater which just right up the hill. We only had a one night stay but the run was clean and the person at the front desk was very friendly.

My room was clean, bed was comfy and shower water was hot. Always hot coffee in the lobby. Breakfast is not free, but the parking is. Kind of a trade off. We were on the top floor and it was very quite. Call to request a room with a roll in shower as that room was listed as unavailable on every single date, even months in advance

My stay was overall pleasant. The hotel was nice and quiet at night, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the hallways had a noticeable odor that reminded me of an older building.
