The staff was polite and helpful, had an inconvenience with the the door key but they immediately helped and resolved the issue, loved the fact it had a electric stove so I could cook to my convenience and a refrigerator to put small amounts groceries and plates and pots and cups. I would reserve again when we visit next time. I loved how comfortable the hotel was even the bed we were able to rest well💕

Staff was extremely polite. Exterior needs a lot of work. Parking was not the greatest for the rooms up front. BUT the rooms were very nice and clean just like the pictures. Don’t judge a book by its cover, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was amazing for the price, amazing layout of the room which I loved, amazing lighting for getting ready and pictures. Only issue was first day for my stay there was a weird odor coming from the bed area when I laid down, when I first walked in room smelt very nice and throughly cleaned not dirty at all but really didnt really know how to describe the smell from the bed area(only when laying on it) it was maybe metallic like it didn’t smell great very faint but I only smelt it when laying down and it came in waves not a constant smell idk weird to describe it. Through the day it dissipated and by second day completely gone not sure if it was some type of cleaning agent or something, also sheets did have some small stains not sure if it was oil stains or food stains or something else. 1 thing to note shower was good but the shower head was very small. Overall it was a very nice stay clean rooms very good location and the room layout was outstanding maybe js besides the smell for the first couple hours of the first day other than that highly recommend for the price and location!!!

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Friendly efficient and well run with excellent room amenities. Only blemish was on parking at the front in the sole remaining space next to the office they have a corner kerb which averages 4” high except at the actual corner area where it becomes insane 8” and clearly a risk to cars backing out. My car received damage on the lower bumper which will require paint rectification. This is an obvious hazard that needs action taken.

The place was great! Except the outside had to come across crazy crack heads outside the area! One pulled a knife on me and one was fully naked and there was a couple more that worried my vehicles outside, other than that the staff was nice.

Parking was a little hard, and the outside environment was so unkempt. The walkway bushes need pruning and cleanup, but because it is convenient to work, I will give the place 1 more week of trial! As a traveling night nurse who always seeks a quiet, clean hotel, this hotel needs to improve its environment! I love the room’s decor and ambiance! The front desk guy was excellent; he did his best to give me a quiet room in the back, away from the Hwy traffic. I truly appreciate that! Once inside the room, I was good!
