The Space:

Behind the charming picket fence, Kingsford Cottage is a peaceful single-level home designed for easy coastal living.



The bright living area is a comfortable place to relax after exploring Victor Harbor, with a smart TV, board games and reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. The adjoining dining space and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to enjoy everything from morning coffees to relaxed dinners at home.



Outside, the private undercover patio and fully fenced garden create a great space for BBQs, outdoor dining, and letting children or pets enjoy the yard safely.

• Master bedroom – Queen bed

• Bedroom 2 – Tri-bunk with double bed below and single above



The home also features a spacious bathroom with wide access and support rails, a separate toilet, laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi and off-street parking. The single-level layout makes Kingsford Cottage a practical choice for guests wanting an easy and accessible stay.



The Neighborhood:

Victor Harbor is an easy place to enjoy without rushing. From Kingsford Cottage, spend your mornings grabbing a coffee, wandering the foreshore, or following the Inman River trails before exploring more of town.



Pick up supplies from the local shops, enjoy a meal out, take the kids to the playground, or head further around the Fleurieu Peninsula for beaches, wineries and coastal drives.



At the end of the day, come back to a quiet street and your own little cottage tucked away from the busier parts of town.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

This home is family and child friendly.

One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
