« We stayed for one night while attending an event in Adelaide and found the experience very pleasant. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The location was excellent — we were able to explore the local area during the day and then catch the train from nearby Seaford Station to our evening event, avoiding the city traffic altogether.The accommodation was just right for our needs. We didn’t make use of the kitchenette, but the bathroom was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable....

« Such a beautiful and clean house!! It’s honestly unbelievable how nice the house was, from the decorations to the appliances to the comfort, they had really thought of it all. I stayed here with my family and we were a large group of 15 and we all loved it so much including the kids. "After over 2 weeks in Australia staying in 10 hotels costing from 120 to 250 per night, the Anchorage was the 1st disappointing hotel we had! Reasons: It is one of the most expensive hotel we booked. The WiFi was not working in our room, only in the lobby and pub, asking the question to a staff, he told us that the WiFi was not working in many rooms far from the lobby! While this is an historical hotel which we like, it is not maintained well, some lights are broken in the corridor, our room carpet was really very old, bad smell in our room, and so on. Also No climatisation in our room. We were very disappointed. On the pro side the pub staff and food were great and the hotel location is excellent. "
