Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of the residence, near the Cavilam (800 metres), the thermal baths, the shopping centre, and the movie theatre (600 metres), as well as parks, brasseries, and restaurants (300 metres).

The residence does not have parking spaces, but it’s fairly easy to park on Boulevard Kennedy or Boulevard des États-Unis and at Place Sévigné, behind the residence.
