### Charming Cottage with Wifi and Fireplace in Véranne

83 m² cottage (ground floor and first floor), living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 mezzanine. Central heating. Additional heating available. Adjoining cottage with cottage 4156\. For safety, insurance, and equipment reasons, any outdoor meals with people not staying at the cottage will be limited to 15 people if both cottages are rented and subject to the owner's agreement. Mountain biking trails on site. Wi-Fi internet connection (via fiber optic). Typical architecture of the Pilat mountain range (stone staircase, vaulted cellars, bread oven), restored in 2003 by local craftsmen, with a focus on authenticity and comfort. Cottage with views of the Rhône Valley and the Alps on clear days. Private enclosed garden of 200 m² extending from the private terrace, shared courtyard of 80 m² and covered shelter of 50 m². Hiking trails on site. Le Bessat (ski resort) 20 km away. Peaugres Safari Park 30 minutes away.

Comfortable cottage, according to our guests we feel at home to welcome young and old. We are delighted that our 2 cottages allow people on business trips and families to get together and recharge their batteries close to nature, with multiple activities nearby.
