Palm Garden Hotel
Room was clean and comfortable, but traffic noise from the adjacent highway was loud. The hotel charges extra $10 for parking, which was unexpected.

Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach by IHG
The hotel itself was fine, but I was disappointed because I paid extra for an ocean-view room and the view was completely obstructed by scaffolding.
