High ceilings, hardwood floors, large rooms so everyone could spread out, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Austin was easy to work with. Close to downtown and 1-mile walk to the beach. Only drawback was just one bathroom on the main floor, but we made it work. The sauna was great! Would definitely rent this place again. ##### Heather N. The property was advertised as having three bedrooms and two bathrooms, but only had one bathroom.
